"What a great place!
We booked this space for a customer association meeting which included lunch. When I arrived I was graciously met by Paul who was very helpful, warm and welcoming and also very professional and timely.
The space itself was also very warm and welcoming with just a great feel. It had everything we needed and more.
My customers were very impressed with the space and I think I scored bonus points with my bosses for my pick." G.G.

"Paul's space was awesome - lots of flexibility to configure the tables and chairs as we wanted them. The space had great character, was clean and was well maintained. It had all of the amenities - lots of plugs for devices, different lighting, projector/screen, nice kitchen, A/C. And Paul was delightful to work with. I highly recommend!" Allison W.

"I found this space for an entire week of meetings after finding no availability at several other venues in Oakland. Paul responded to my request on e-venues immediately and was very cooperative and responsive throughout the entire process. He offered me a discount since I rented the space for an entire week and he took care of all set-up and clean-up each day, including tables, chairs and A/V. The venue was just big enough for a group of 50 participants, but it worked out fine. The front door requires a fob or someone to buzz you in but Paul was available to do that and he provided us with phones to handle that as well. Temperature was a bit warm on two of the days but there is A/C and these days were unusually warm for Oakland. Daily parking nearby and 12th Street Bart is a 15 minute walk. One area for improvement is there is no place for someone to take a private call or have a private meeting outside of the meeting room so I know Paul is looking into this." Phil O.
Response from owner/host: Thank you for this information about the telephone call and private meeting room. We have just acquired a professional large isolation booth, that will accommodate this need. The booth will provide a place for video and audio productions too! Paul Kuroda

"PK Studios was a great place to hold our week long PSO training. The AV was easy to use and all materials for an effective presentation were provided. The space is extremely versatile with extra monitors available upon request. It is a trendy scene that was easy to keep cool with ceiling fans and air conditioning. There is a fridge, coffee maker and catering area that makes it easy for catered lunches. The owner, Paul, is a great guy who was extremely helpful in preparing the space. "Surrounding area and streets very peaceful. Plenty of on street parking. If you need to park for more than four hours, there is a garage. Team orientation was comfortably presented in the space. Space has a lofty feel with SYMMETRICAL 300mbps bandwidth. That's 300 UPLOAD time as well. Coffee machine and optional catering from nearby cafe. Host noticed employee and I were attempting to take photos and offered to take our promotional photo with my iPhone. After looking at the photo, I found out he is a professional photographer and it definitely looked that way! We will definitely be renting this space again." Mindset C.

"The level of quality and service from Paul (the host) exceeded expectations, especially regarding the amenities and small details in the space. Even though we did not make use of everything, just seeing the range of what was available gave the space a much more “premium” feel (kitchen – coffee, almond roca, paper plates, napkins, cups; electronics – great surround sound system, large projector screen, projector, printer, wifi, plugs for all types of electronics iPhone charger, various projector cables, etc.)."
